DESCRIPTION:<p>It’s that time of the year again\, where we have to do all t
 he formal stuff and elect a new committee to run the club for another 12 m
 onths. It’s also your chance as a member to have your say regarding any is
 sues\, or if you have any suggestions/ideas. We’ll also be conducting a me
 mber survey.</p>\n<p>Of course official stuff aside\, we’ve had to combine
  this meeting with our annual cosplay and costuming day this year. So whet
 her you’re a cosplayer\, someone wishing to get into cosplay\, or you’re j
 ust a Doctor Who fan\, come along and check it out.</p>\n<p>Throughout the
  day\, we will be running three panels:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>How to Tackle the B
 east – a panel explaining where to get started when taking the plunge into
  cosplay.</li>\n<li>To Worbla or Not t<span class='text_exposed_show'>o Wo
 rbla – special guest panelist Maggie Hu from Lumin Cosplay will talk about
  choosing the right media type for armour and other more solid cosplay ite
 ms.</span></li>\n<li><span class='text_exposed_show'>Show and Tell – Three
  cosplayers share their experiences\, while the audience has the opportuni
 ty to ask their own questions.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span class='text_ex
 posed_show'>We will also be running a cosplay competition\, with prizes fo
 r the best adult and best child cosplay.</p>\n<p>And kids in attendance wi
 ll have a chance to make their own mini-fez!</p>\n<p>If that isn’t enough\
 , we’ll be finishing off the day with a special induction ceremony for our
  newly elected committee.</span></p>\n<p><strong><em>Doors open @ 1pm\, ac
 tivities start @ 1:30pm.</em></strong></p>\n<hr />\n<p>Tea and coffee prov
 ided as well as some snacks (no additional cost)\, soft drinks and bottled
  water can be bought for $1.</p>\n<p><strong>Admission prices:</strong><br
